Shuttering Carpenter Full Time

Job Role:

A Shuttering Carpenter is responsible for constructing and dismantling temporary formwork (shuttering) to support concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and foundations in construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reading Blueprints & Drawings – Interpret technical drawings to determine shuttering specifications.

2. Formwork Construction – Build and install wooden, metal, or plastic formwork to shape concrete structures.

3. Material Preparation – Cut, shape, and assemble formwork materials accurately.

4. Concrete Pouring Support – Ensure formwork is correctly positioned and secured before pouring concrete.

5. Formwork Removal (Stripping) – Dismantle formwork once concrete sets while ensuring safety.

6. Measurement & Alignment – Use measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and level formwork.

7. Tool & Equipment Handling – Operate carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and measuring tapes.

8. Safety Compliance – Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents on-site.

9. Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, masons, and laborers to ensure construction quality.

Terms & Conditions: –

Food                            → Free meals will be provided by the Employer as contractually agreed

Accommodation          → Provided from Company as contractually agreed

Medical                        → Provided according to Romanian legislation

Contract period           → Two (02) years for all above categories

Probation period         → 03 months

Working hours            → 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week, 6 days

Vacation                      → 21 days per year

Air Ticket                     → Return air ticket to the home country after 2 years continuously contract period
