Site Supervisor Full Time

Job Role: Site Supervisor

A Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at a construction, manufacturing, or industrial site. They ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and per project specifications, managing resources, supervising workers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate work between contractors, subcontractors, and workers.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor and maintain the quality of work on-site to meet required standards.

• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.

• Conduct regular site inspections for safety hazards or defects.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Assist with project scheduling, material delivery, and resource allocation.

• Maintain records of work hours, equipment usage, and incidents.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for updates.

• Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role (construction, manufacturing, or related industry).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• High school diploma (degree in construction management or engineering is a plus).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are preferred.

Conditions:

• Contract period: 2 years

• Food: SR 300 food allowance or provided by the company.

• Transportation: Provided by the company.

• Working hours: 8 hours a day, 48 hours per week.

• Overtime: As per KSA government law.

• Vacation: 21 days per year.

• Medical facilities: Provided as per company policy.

• Air passage: One-way free ticket after completing the contract.

• Probation period: 3 months (as per KSA law).

• Other conditions: All other terms as per KSA government law.
