Job Role:

The Software Developer with AI Expertise is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent software systems that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role involves working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build smart applications, improve automation, and drive innovation through AI.

Key Responsibilities:

💻 AI-Powered Software Development

• Design and implement scalable software applications with integrated AI/ML models.

• Develop APIs and services that support AI functionalities (e.g., recommendation systems, predictive analytics, NLP tools).

• Work on AI model integration, fine-tuning, and deployment within software solutions.

🧠 Machine Learning & Data Engineering

• Collaborate with data scientists to understand model requirements and data pipelines.

• Preprocess and clean data, build model training and testing frameworks.

• Optimize model performance and ensure real-world usability.

🔧 System Architecture & Integration

• Participate in system design to ensure seamless AI integration.

• Collaborate with DevOps to automate and manage deployment pipelines.

• Ensure robustness, security, and scalability of AI solutions.

🧪 R&D & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

• Experiment with emerging AI methods (e.g., deep learning, computer vision, generative AI).

• Contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) development for new ideas and products.

Job Requirements:

📚 Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications in AI, ML, or Data Science are highly desirable.

🧠 Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience in software development.

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on AI/ML project experience.

• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI projects is a plus.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data engineering workflows.
