A Signage Supervisor oversees the production, installation, and maintenance of signage projects. They ensure that all signs meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while managing a team of workers.
Project Supervision – Oversee the production and installation of signage, ensuring work meets quality and design standards.
Team Management – Lead and coordinate a team of sign makers, installers, and technicians.
Scheduling & Planning – Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control – Inspect signage materials, prints, and installations for accuracy and durability.
Safety Compliance – Ensure that all workers follow workplace safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment.
Equipment & Material Management – Monitor stock levels and ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained.
Client Coordination – Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Problem-Solving – Address installation issues, material defects, or design inconsistencies.
Training & Guidance – Provide on-the-job training for new staff and ensure team members follow best practices.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records of completed projects, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Education – High school diploma or vocational training in signage production, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience – Prior experience in signage manufacturing, printing, or installation, with leadership experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge – Understanding of different signage materials (vinyl, acrylic, metal, LED, etc.) and printing techniques.
Leadership Skills – Ability to manage a team effectively and ensure productivity.
Problem-Solving Abilities – Quick thinking to resolve issues related to design, materials, or installation.
Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in signage design, color matching, and installation.
Physical Stamina – Ability to stand for long periods and work with tools or heavy materials.
Time Management – Capability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills – Ability to coordinate with team members, clients, and suppliers effectively.
Knowledge of Safety Standards – Familiarity with workplace and electrical safety regulations.

Working Hours – 08 Hours per day, 06 hours per week
Over time – As per UAE Government Law
