Tailor – Female Dresses Full Time

Job Role:

The Female Dress Tailor will be responsible for creating high-quality women’s clothing tailored to customer requirements or store collections. The role demands technical tailoring skills, creativity, and commitment to quality, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a design or production team.

Responsibilities:

• Stitch, alter, and finish a wide range of female garments including abayas, gowns, blouses, skirts, dresses, and traditional wear.

• Take accurate body measurements and make clothing as per customer specifications or design templates.

• Perform pattern cutting, fabric selection, and garment construction.

• Handle alterations and repairs with precision.

• Maintain high-quality finishing and neat stitching on all garments.

• Collaborate with fashion designers or customers for custom designs.

• Ensure timely completion of all tailoring assignments.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of all tailoring equipment.

• Provide recommendations on fabric, design, and fit when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in tailoring female garments.

• Strong skills in cutting, stitching, and garment construction.

• Ability to use industrial sewing machines (single needle, overlock, etc.).

• Knowledge of different fabrics and dress styles.

• Good eye for detail and finishing.

• Ability to read and understand design sketches or measurements.

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic understanding of English or Arabic is an added advantage.

Terms & Conditions: –

1. Period of contract will be TWO years.

2. Whether all employees will be entitled to onward tickets.

3. The recruits will be entitled to return air ticket after completion of contract period.

7. The recruits are entitled for free medical facilities

8. Working hours 08 hours a day, 48 hrs. per week with one day- off per week

9. All appointments will be subject to a probation period of 180 days from the date of appointment.
