🧾 Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Technical Staff to join the maintenance and operations departments of leading hotels and resorts in Greece. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, repairs, and technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical skills and a strong sense of responsibility who are looking to gain valuable European experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on hotel systems and equipment.

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems according to operational standards.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.

• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues related to lighting, wiring, water supply, air conditioning, and kitchen machinery.

• Coordinate with the engineering supervisor to prioritize daily maintenance tasks.

• Ensure tools and materials are stored safely and properly after each use.

• Record maintenance activities and report any major faults or safety hazards to management.

• Support installation of new equipment and assist contractors during renovation or technical upgrades.

• Follow safety protocols, workplace regulations, and environmental standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all technical work areas.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, facility operations, or hotel technical support.

• Diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services preferred.

• Good understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.

• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.

• Basic English communication skills (Greek language is an advantage).

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

• Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to work flexible hours when required.

• Strong teamwork and safety awareness in multicultural environments.

🕒 Work Schedule

8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours weekly).
Overtime available based on hotel maintenance requirements.

Contract Period:                             Two (02) Years

Working Hours:                             8 hours per day, 6 days per week (48 hours per week)

Overtime:                                       Paid according to Greek labour law

Air Passage:                                    Provided by employer (round-trip after contract period)

Probation Period:                           01 month
