Maintain and repair hotel equipment, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance.

• Repair equipment and systems promptly.

• Inspect facilities regularly.

• Maintain tools and spare parts.

• Report major technical issues to management.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/certification in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.

• Prior hotel or facility maintenance experience.

Skills

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of safety procedures.

• Flexibility and reliability.

Terms & Conditions

1. Food                                                            –  Free duty food provided by the company.

2. Transportation                                            – Free transportation.

3. Accommodation                                         – Free sharing accommodation for non-executive staff, and single accommodation for executive staff as per company policy.

4. Medical                                                        – As per company policy.

5. Contract Period                                           – Two (02) years, renewable for an extended period.

6. Probation Period                                        – 100 days.

7. Working Hours                                           – 08 hours per day with one day off per week.

8. Vacation                                                      – 30 days per year.

9. Visa                                                             – Article No. 18 Job Visa.

10. Air Ticket                                                   – One-way free air ticket after completing the contract.
