🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and follow-up calls related to air ticket sales

• Maintain engaging and professional conversations with customers

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Telesales

• Fluent in English and Sinhala

• Must be able to work under pressure in a target-driven environment

• Ability to start soon

• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends & public holidays

• Must be comfortable working early morning shifts (starting at 4:00 AM Sri Lanka time)

• Additional shift schedules include:

  • 6.00 AM – 3.00 PM

  • 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM

  • 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM

  • 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

• Ability to work on a roster basis

• Gross Salary: LKR 70,000 – 100,000
