Tile Layer Assistant Full Time

Job Role:
Assist tile layers in preparing surfaces, handling materials, and completing tile installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix cement, sand, and adhesives as instructed.

• Carry and arrange tiles, tools, and materials.

• Clean and level surfaces before and after tile laying.

• Support the senior tile layer during installation and grouting.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum O/L education or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of construction or flooring work.

• Prior experience in assisting masons or tile layers is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor.

• Willing to follow instructions and safety protocols.

• Team-oriented and punctual.

• Food: AED 200 monthly allowance

• Probation Period: 3 months

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 48 hours per week
