Training Officer – Almarai Seafood Operations

Almarai Company is seeking a qualified Training Officer to support employee learning and development activities at its seafood-processing facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Prepare training schedules, attendance records and reports.
• Conduct or coordinate induction and operational training.
• Support technical, safety, hygiene and food-safety training.
• Maintain employee training records and competency documentation.
• Work with department managers to identify training requirements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, education or employee development.
• Experience in an industrial, food-manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and record-management skills.

Location: King Abdullah Economic City, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia
Grade: E4
Basic Salary: SAR 3,800–4,560 per month
Age: 25–35 years
