Waiter Helper – Female Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for friendly and hardworking Female Waiter Helpers to support restaurant and hotel service teams across Romania. Candidates will assist with table preparation, guest service, food delivery, clearing, and maintaining clean dining areas.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters with daily restaurant service.
• Prepare and arrange tables.
• Carry food, drinks, cutlery, and service items.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Refill table supplies when required.
• Assist guests politely with basic requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Follow hygiene and grooming requirements.
• Support opening and closing duties.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Basic English communication ability preferred.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Good personal grooming.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit for standing and walking duties.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Salary: EUR 500 per month

Working Hours: As per employment contract
Overtime: According to Romanian labour law
Medical: As per approved conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket as approved
Other Conditions: As per Romanian Labour Laws.
