Waiter Helper – Male Full Time

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Male Waiter Helpers to support restaurants, hotels, and hospitality establishments across Romania. Candidates will assist waiters with table preparation, food and beverage service, clearing, and maintaining dining areas.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters during food and beverage service.
• Set and prepare tables before service.
• Carry food and beverages safely.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery.
• Refill water and basic table items.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Assist with preparing the restaurant before opening.
• Support guests politely when requested.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
• Follow hygiene and food-safety procedures.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays and service items safely.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good teamwork and discipline.

🕒 Work Schedule

Conditions:

Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 500 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order
Accommodation: Free accommodation
Working Hours: As per employment contract
Overtime: Paid according to Romanian labour law
Medical: As per approved conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket as per approved Job Order
Other Conditions: As per Romanian Labour Laws.
