Waiter Full Time

Job Role:

A Waiter (or Server) is responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. They play a key role in customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greeting & Seating Customers – Welcome guests, show them to their tables, and provide menus.

2. Order Taking – Accurately record food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

3. Serving Food & Drinks – Deliver meals promptly and ensure correct presentation.

4. Customer Service – Answer menu-related questions and make recommendations.

5. Table Maintenance – Check on guests, refill drinks, and clear used plates.

6. Handling Payments – Process bills, handle cash/card transactions, and issue receipts.

7. Cleanliness & Hygiene – Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and tidy.

8. Special Requests & Dietary Needs – Accommodate customer preferences and allergies.

9. Teamwork – Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.

10. Conflict Resolution – Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Education – No formal education required; hospitality training is a plus.

2. Experience – Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels is preferred.

3. Communication Skills – Strong verbal skills to interact with customers and team members.

4. Customer Service Skills – Friendly, patient, and able to handle customer requests.

5. Multitasking Ability – Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks efficiently.

6. Physical Stamina – Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long hours.

7. Time Management – Ensure quick service and timely order delivery.

8. Attention to Detail – Accurately remember orders and maintain presentation standards.

9. Flexibility – Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

10. Basic Math Skills – Needed for handling bills, tips, and change.

Terms & Conditions: –

Food                            → Free meals will be provided by the Employer as contractually agreed

Accommodation          → Provided from Company as contractually agreed

Medical                        → Provided according to Romanian legislation

Contract period           → Two (02) years for all above categories

Probation period         → 03 months

Working hours            → 08 hours a day, 48 hours per week, 6 days

Vacation                      → 21 days per year

Air Ticket                     → Return air ticket to the home country after 2 years continuously contract period
