Job Role: Waitstaff

The Waitstaff is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers in a restaurant or similar dining establishment, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve orders in a timely manner.

• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Clear tables and reset for the next guests.

• Handle billing and process payments (cash, card, etc.).

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Address customer questions or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as waitstaff or in customer service (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good memory for menu items and specials.

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• Physical stamina – ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Conditions:

Contact period               – Two (02) Years

Food                               – Provided from Company

Transportation                – Provided from Company

Accommodation             – Provided from Company

Working Hours                – 08 Hours a day, 48 hours per week

Over time                        – As per UAE Goverment Law

Vacation                          – 30 days per years, as per UAE law

Medical Facilities            – Provided as Company policy

Air Passage                     – One way free after the completing contract

Probation Period            – 03 months, As per UAE law

Other Conditions           – All other terms & conditions as per UAE Government Law
