Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Female Warehouse Workers – Packers & Pickers to support warehouse, packing, and distribution operations across Romania.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to order lists.
• Pack products securely and accurately.
• Label cartons and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Sort and organize goods.
• Check quantities and identify damaged items.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain clean packing and storage areas.
• Follow productivity and quality targets.
• Use basic warehouse equipment after training.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic counting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
