Job Role

Lead, supervise, and manage fire station operations during duty shifts. Ensure team readiness, safety, and effective emergency response in line with fire service policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Command and coordinate firefighting and rescue operations.

• Supervise, train, and motivate fire crews.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.

• Plan, allocate, and review daily duties.

• Liaise with senior management and external emergency services.

• Prepare reports, logs, and incident records.

Qualifications

• Advanced fire service training (recognized certifications).

• Minimum 5–7 years firefighting experience with leadership exposure.

Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

• Excellent communication and crisis management skills.

• Technical knowledge of firefighting equipment and procedures.
