Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and technically skilled Welders to join construction, fabrication, and industrial projects across Romania. Selected candidates will perform welding and metal fabrication activities according to technical specifications while ensuring strong weld quality and compliance with workplace safety standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding work according to technical and project requirements.
- Prepare metal surfaces before welding by cleaning, cutting, or grinding.
- Join metal components using appropriate welding techniques.
- Read basic fabrication drawings, measurements, and welding instructions.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and visible defects.
- Use welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and related equipment safely.
- Adjust welding equipment according to material type and thickness.
- Carry out minor fabrication and repair work when required.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all fire prevention, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous professional welding experience is required.
- Knowledge of common welding techniques and metal fabrication.
- Welding certificate or vocational qualification is preferred.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements.
- Experience using welding and metalworking equipment safely.
- Strong attention to weld quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.

🕒 Work Schedule
Working hours and shifts will be determined according to the employer’s operational requirements, employment contract, and Romanian labour regulations.
Overtime may be available depending on project requirements and will be compensated according to applicable regulations.
Conditions:
Contract Period: Two (02) Years
Salary: EUR 600 per month
Food: Food allowance as per approved Job Order
Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by employer
Working Hours: As per employment contract and Romanian labour regulations
Overtime: Paid according to applicable Romanian labour law
Medical: Provided as per approved employment conditions
Air Passage: Single air ticket provided as per approved Job Order
Other Conditions: All employment terms shall be in accordance with Romanian Labour Laws and the approved employment contract.
