HR Supervisor Full Time

We are hiring an experienced and motivated HR Supervisor on behalf of our international client. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee engagement and growth within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage core HR functions:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Statutory Benefits & Compensation

  • Employee Relations, Engagement, and Wellness

  • Performance Management & HR Reporting

• Coordinate with PCBPO HR and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and Colombo Port City Economic Commission regulations.

• Oversee HR Information System, employee mobility, visa, and work permit processes.

• Support employee official travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, documentation).

• Oversee transport services and liaise with outsourced providers.

• Lead and implement CSR initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience covering multiple functions and cross-cultural workforces.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong command of Sinhala & English (written and spoken)

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours including 1-hour meal break)

• Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Salary Range

💰 Competitive package: LKR : LKR 180,000 – 240,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
